Wait, Is Flex City the Same as Vice Online?

Yep. Same game, it just keeps changing its name.

It came out in October 2023 as plain Vice Online. Then Jarvi Games stuck “Flex City” on the front. Now the Play Store calls it Flex City RP: Car Game Online. Honestly the name changes have confused half the people searching for it.

Want proof it’s one game? Look at the package name. Still com.jarvigames.viceonline, never touched. That’s also why an old Vice Online install just updates into Flex City instead of showing up as a second app.

Unlimited Money and Gold: Online vs Offline

Okay, this matters.

Flex City has an offline mode and online RP servers, and they don’t keep your wallet in the same place. Offline, everything’s stored on your phone. The mod works 100% there. Buy every car, max every upgrade, go nuts.

Online is different. Your balance sits on Jarvi’s server, and the server double-checks every purchase. So when the mod says you’ve got 999 million, the server basically ignores it. The number snaps back or the purchase fails.

Does that make the mod useless online? Not really. Cars you unlock and the menu toggles still help. Just don’t expect a billionaire wallet on the RP server.

The Mod Menu

Tap the floating icon and it opens over the game. Stuff like money boost, unlock vehicles, speed multiplier, no car damage.

Quick warning, and this goes for pretty much every online game like this: flipping speed hacks on in a public lobby is how accounts get reported. Use the menu offline. Online, keep it low-key.

All Cars Unlocked

Flex City has dozens of cars and bikes and they genuinely handle differently. Some drift like crazy, the SUVs feel like bricks, bikes are twitchy. Event rides too, like that cyber car from the Edge Runner event.

Having all of them unlocked is actually useful. You can test-drive a car properly before you ever spend real gold on it in the normal game.

Can You Play Flex City Offline?

Yes. Online, you get the RP servers with gangs, turf, police jobs, races and the weekly events. Offline, it’s the same city and driving but nobody else around. For the mod, offline is where it really shines.

People keep searching “Flex City update 2.0”. It doesn’t exist yet; the game’s still on 1.x numbers. And old versions? Fine for offline play on a weak phone. Online servers usually force you onto the newest build though.

Flex City on PC and iPhone

On PC, the official game runs through Google Play Games for Windows. For the MOD you’ll need an emulator. BlueStacks or LDPlayer both work on Windows 10 and 11.

iPhone is a no. An APK is an Android file and iOS just won’t open it. Get the official Flex City from the App Store if it’s listed in your country.
